Ordering Rundown

This website is the new ordering system for West Coast MEP. 

It is very important that you read the title before ordering DO NOT just order through the picture as the images are being updated daily to match the products you receive so it is important if you have any issues to call the office and get it sorted.

How can I check what I ordered and when it is coming ?

 You can do this by going to the top right of your screen and clicking on the   icon in the top right. From there you can see all your order numbers est delivery dates and more information. If you click on the order number eg #1223 it will take you into your order where you can see all the items and quantities you ordered. 

Communication with the office?

When you speak to one of our buyers about an order or delivery you NEED to use a PO or order number so we can track what items are missing and we can contact the supplier. If you don't know how to find an order number call the office and we can run you through how to find  them in the future. We deal with loads of materials for numerous sites so by giving us an item without a PO is not helpful and we cannot help.

What if an item isn't on the system ?

If the item/s which you need aren't on the system send a Whats app to the office mobile with a requisition with a detailed name of what you want, if you have any doubts if the person in the office wont understand your item please send a photo of the exact item of what you want and they can order that exact item.

What do I do once I receive an order?

When you receive a delivery to mark the correct items off as complete. You can do this by going to the top right of your screen and clicking on the   icon in the top right. From there you can see all your order numbers est delivery dates and more information. If you click on the order number eg #1223 it will take you into your order where you can see all the items and quantities you ordered. From here you will be able to see received quantities and a  icon. Click this then enter the amount you received. UPDATE THIS EVERY DELIVERY. This allows the office to chase up the materials which haven't already been delivered and pay invoices. IT IS IMPORTANT YOU UPDATE THIS AS THE ITEMS ARE DELIVERED.
